I started wit new PT on Friday, so was in the gym Fri/Sat training back chest legs...LOTS of muscle pain today, can barely walk ha! Good thing though! Also today had a re feed day which I ate A LOT! Hitting 2100 calories a day wit good diet plan too!!
Hope to make serious gains in next few months (and get used to using d word gains without sounding like a ponce haha).0 -

I'm in bed, hoping to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep so I can hit the gym hard tomorrow morning. I, too, want to add more muscle mass. I've done clean bulks before.0

hi, we're almost exactly the same. After maintaining at 75 for almost half a year a recently started cross-fit twice/thrice a week (targeting core and arms), it appears I managed to gain a kilo in about a month (down .2%BF with the weight gain)

My PT gave me lots of new exercises I haven't tried before....currently in the gym mastering cable face pulls0

Peanut butter has a LOT of fat! That's cool though I've 60g to reach each day n sometimes I find it hard to reach0
