So I actually tired this today bc I seen that guy on Dr Oz... It was ok... I could not drink it all it was way to much for me, but not bc I didnt like it. Not sure if I will continue but we shall see how I feel after about a week of this... i was also freaked by the amount of calories in it but it does have tons of protein…

I loved shakeology.... I mixed the chocolate with water, ice and peanut butter... it was yummy... I was just not something I thought was worth the price

I stopped drink for about 4 weeks... I now have a drink once a week ususally ( I play pool every Thursday so being in a bar its hard not to have a drink) I drink Vodka, ususally grey goose, with club soda and lime only 69 calories and its just enough.

awesome thanks... I made some changes so I hope this helps... I will try to use some of you suggestions to add things to my diet... I love juice and avacado so those two won't be a problem... I dont put in the calories I burn bc I dont really know how many I do... i know I need to invest in a HRM but cant really fit it in…

Ok, thanks Eric... Maybe you can help me here bc I eat until I am full and eat snacks when I get hungry... I almost always go over in the protien dept so I am not sure what I should add to my diet to make up those extra calories... Am I feeling full so fast bc I am drink to much water? I drink anywhere from 9 to 16 cups…

I have not done the 30 day shred but I am currently doing P90... It is 30-40 mins at the most and I think it works good... I have also tried P90X and it is just way to long for me to do every day... I am on day 24 and have lost 4.2 lbs... I do not follow any diet plan I just try and eat better... I also do not forbid any…
