  • Yes I'm definatly quite addicted too, one thing you can do is sit on an excersize ball instead of a regular chair, that way your core is getting a bit of a workout....

  • If you are counting your sex calories, remember different positions burn more...so if you're stuck on the bottom not doing much don't count it....

  • I found some "no sugar added" syrup at Walmart. It's by E.D. Smith..and the regular no sugar added has 30 Calories for 3 Tbsp, and the Butter flavor no sugar added has 80 Calories for 3 Tbsp.
