Well, actually, there is evidence to suggest (e.g. Young & Lenné, 2010) that eating in the car is almost as dangerous ans using a mobile in terms of attention impairment. There is no need to insult him when he was only saying it's safer for everyone if you concentrate on the road.

Just because something is low in calories/fat doesn't mean it is inherently healthy.

As a psychology student, I will say that the "21 days" is complete pseudoscience. There is no evidence to back it up, and it's only been made popular by mainstream media, and not actual science.
