I love to eat before my workout. Small bowl of oats and an apple should stay down. Especially if you are hiking a trail like Koko Head Crater or running hills. An Orange before the run down is a great refresher!

They have a wonderful machine called a Stairclimber Step Mill. Try that at a good pace for 30 minutes. Killer workout!

Throw the scale out. Get a tape measure. The best shape of my life I was 215 pounds.

Treat it just like a sprain. It will take a good 4 weeks to heal. Keep walking but running my be out for a bit. A bike should be a great trade off. Nothing wrong with Ibuprofen 30 minutes before a work out.
