  • I have the group set up and will begin posting on Monday (27th). If you still want to be added let me know and I can send you the link!!
  • I use both. The R and R is great!! My husband and I both can feel a difference when we don't use it - we are more sore and drained after workouts. The E and E is good too - I'm not much of a caffine person though. It doesn't make me jittery at all like I've heard other caffine drinks do. And it lets me down easy too - no…
  • Okay guys - sorry about not responding earlier. I had an emergency surgery and have been catching up on things this last week. I'm still planning on starting a motivation group on FB for us - but have to push the date back a week or two. Message me if you want any info - its FREE for anyone, just a better place for me to…
  • How much more weight do you have to lose? It gets super hard to lose those last few pounds, aren't you super close to that? There have been great suggestions so far. Have you been taking your measurements? When I would stop losing weight my inches would come off. They seemed to flip flop for a while - a month of losing…
  • Your intensity will go up once you learn the routines. In the beginning I jump roped alot trying to figure out what she was doing. But once I got the hang of it I was able to go all out!
  • Yes, you MUST let me know on here or Facebook so we can meet up! Maybe we would be able to do some Insanity or Turbo together too ;).
  • Woah! Great job!! Way to go!
  • Welcome!! So glad to see you in here! Good luck on your goal - it is great to have a goal and stick an actual date on it!
  • First off - are you coming to FL? We have to meet, I'm only 2 hours from Disney (was down there this past weekend in fact!). Yes, it very much depends on your goals. I didn't get huge muscles, in fact its really hard for women to get super muscles. Insanity is a lot of cardio - there are strength moves, but those all…
  • Agree with the tape on the shoes idea! I used that when I was working out with carpet. It worked wonders!! Congrats with your results so far! I didn't do the Inferno diet either since I had a three month old and was breastfeeding. Keep pressing play, you are going to do amazing! I can feel it :)
  • Insanity was crazy!! LOL. It was a nice change and I know that Turbo Fire prepared me for Insanity. I got so much stronger in these last two months too.

  • HIITs are amazing aren't they?!?! During my first HIIT 15 I almost cried. I thought that there we went through it only 3 times, not 9! I felt like I was going to die! But they get better over time. The first few weeks you only do the HIITS. But eventually you will add tone and strength afterwards.
  • Hi and welcome to the group! I did the Inferno plan also and I saw great results! It was crazy how much my body changed during those 5 days! I totally recommend doing the full program. Its a great cardio program, and adding in the tone/sculpt should blast that fat away. I'm currently doing Insanity (week 4 starts tomorrow)…
  • Fire 45 for me too! I love that so many of us like the same one! I LOVE the music in that one!
  • So just listened to the call, the DVDs will be low impact (no jumping) with new moves, great music, and more variety. There will be two new HIITS - one 20 minute and one 25 minute. Great way to break through a plateau or to use on days when your joints are stiff from the jumping. Let me know if you want me to remind you on…
  • http://instagr.am/p/I7S2z0mi2q/ "New videos are ALL low impact! No Jumping! But major intensity! 2 New #HIIT workouts plus Fire Starter (for less choreographed slower beginner level) and Coaches have access to my all new Ab routine called "Ab Igniter" " (From Chalene's Instagram site)
  • I know EXACTLY what you are talking about! I record my workouts and put them on YouTube for my Facebook page and its an eye opener to see what you really look like vs what's in your head. But, like you said - you know what to focus on to improve your form now! You are doing great and burning those calories either way!!
  • You all are doing great!!!! I have a humongous smile on my face right now reading your updates!!!
  • Wow, I can totally tell a difference already!!! Great job!!!!
  • Welcome back! There is just something amazing about Chalene's upbeat personality while you workout! She always knows the right things to say!
  • My favorite is Fire 45 (love the songs) and least favorite is HIIT 20.
  • I didn't do Turbo Fire for a few months and I really missed it... I know how you feel! Have you gotten results from the hybrid?
  • Great job everyone!!! Make sure you are eating enough healthy food to fuel your body!! With a program this intense it is important to eat! I eat my exercise calories back and always make sure my minimum net calories are 1200. We need our bodies to function, not starve!
  • I'm picking my jaw off the floor right now! Girl, those pictures are AMAZING!!! Look at the results of your hard work for the last 60 days!! *Squee*
  • Welcome!! If you love Turbo Kick you will love Turbo Fire! We are here for you to push you through the entire 90 days! You've got this! :)

  • Love that afterburn ;)
  • Scales are evil!! Lol, they really are. You all are doing great!! 8 lbs in 4 weeks is healthy! You have to keep your focus on the way you feel, the way your clothes are getting looser, and how much energy you has compared to last month. There is no magic pill to lose weight fast, you are doing it the healthy way - eating…
  • Congrats on committing to p90x!! My husband finished a round of it. I havent done the lean program, but am using the DVDs in my Turbo Fire hybrid. I bet you will be able to do the entire 90 days! Let me know if you ever have questions about p90x!
  • Fire 45 for me this morning - my favorite class!! I put on my gloves and had the goal of using them for the first combo only, but I managed the entire 45 minutes!! My shoulders are feeling soooo sore right now, but in a good way! Tomorrow is Stretch 40 and then Saturday is a mud run! I can't wait, it was difficult last…
  • Either rest or go for a walk. Today I rested (and went grocery shopping!). I'm SO ready to Turbo though, I miss it on rest days!
