Knees hurting while you workout?
Here's a tip that I used when I had carpet and had grippy shoes. I always had trouble pivoting because the bottom of my shoes would catch the carpet and it just wouldn't move. Help with Brazil Butt Lift/ TurboFire hybrid
I need suggestions! I'm going to add Brazil Butt Lift into my last month of TurboFire. There are 3 days of sculping/tone per week. The other two days I was going to run. I was thinking of adding BBL in on the carido days instead of the weight day. Would it be too much to run, do BBL and the 45/55 min of carido a day?
