Simply Taralynn is a good one with lots of low calorie recipes. Also, I cook a lot from Budget Bytes, she has good and cheap recipes (although she doesn't provide nutrition facts, you can calculate them yourself if needed). Skinnytaste is also really good, but I think it's been mentioned already.

Agreed. This applies to all on this board

Pretty much all of my bad comments have been from exes. A guy I dated when I had just started college called me "Peter Griffin". Then, my ex, after cheating on me with another girl (which caused me to give up on the relationship and leave) texted me one night saying that it wasn't fair that I was fat and unnattractive when…

I had a bad experience with the patch making me gain weight, but I'm on Yaz now and things are fine. (I've also been on the nuva ring with no problems)

Yeah, I work 12.5 hour shifts, sometimes two or three in a row, so that would probably make me skinny *really* fast. I like to bring leftovers or PBJ sandwiches. Another good option for lunches is a salad, either in a mason jar, or in tupperware with the dressing kept in another container. Another good option if you're…

Yeah, I'll have to start loggin weekends and invest in a scale. Thanks for your help
-
I logged my weekend, and one day was high, one day was low, between the two I was netting 1375 per day, so not bad. The food wasn't healthy, though.

I do tend to get kind of laid back on the weekends. I try to eat everything in smaller portions than usual but I do hang out with family/friends. I will have to start logging this to make sure I'm not blowing my calories all on the weekends. I do drink a little but I don't drink liquor/mixed drinks and try to drink less…

Whoops, yeah, I am a liar, but I accepted your request and also (I think/hope) opened my diary for all.

I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is between 115-120. However, I've only ever gotten down to 125 in my adult life and I'm currently close to 140.

I find that my skin is a little better when I'm hydrated and eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but most dermatologists I've asked don't really believe in much of a link between diet and skin condition. Everyone is unique so if you think it may help to do something different in your diet, it may be worth a try.

I'm 5'1" and 138 lbs, trying to get down to 115-120. Anyone with similar stats, please feel free to add me. EDIT: I used to weigh 160, but got down to 125 on another MFP account.

I'm a huge food-diary stalker myself. I added you :)

Shoot, you're right! And bagels = lots of cream cheese, so more fat... I will have to watch out for that more often. I think that cheese is another one of my downfall foods. I always want to eat more and more of it..

Thanks for your reply, I, too, am a carb-a-holic so I think it would be a good idea to try to cut back.
-
Thanks everyone. These sound like great ideas. I will definitely have to make some hard boiled eggs and look at those vegan blogs.

Thanks for your reply :) I will have to try the yves "meat" and also buy some cottage cheese this week

Hey, I'm 5'1" and currently around 138 lbs (haven't weighed in a little bit, though). My highest weight was 160 and I'm hoping to get down to 120-125. I was 125 earlier in the year, but stuff happens. Trying to get back on track :)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KFC The first franchise was in Salt Lake. But the colonel's original restaraunt was in Corbin. Glad I googled it, because I was thinking the same thing.

I thought the original KFC was here in Utah. That being said, I don't like KFC so I may be wrong.
