I’m 32 and have about 37 lbs to lose. I am looking for female friends around my age if anyone wants to add me.

I just switched my goal to 1240. My diary is open.

Coffee, pizza, and beer.

Someone else mentioned the calories as well. I'm going to recalculate as I put that I was sedentary when I walk an average of 10k steps a day. Thanks for your input but I've been telling myself I'm not going to do it for YEARS and that hasn't worked. I need a plan of what to do when I get hungry. I do agree that willpower…
-
Yeah, I average 10k a day. Yesterday I got 16k. I do have a pretty active job I guess. I'll try recalculating my caloric goals. Thanks so much for your ideas and help.

Cereal sounds like a good idea :) I was also thinking maybe toast or crackers and fruit might be good? And no I am not eating back, but I also haven't been going to the gym at all. I walk a good amount at work but no strenuous exercise for me yet.

I did skip breakfast today. Although I don't every time I eat at night. I felt disgusted with myself this morning I think my caloric goal atm is decent. I'm doing 1451 and I'm 5'1"/29yo/167 lbs. I got it from a nutrition calculator off of mfp. Mfp tends to put me at 1200 and that is too much for me to cut at this high of…

Depends on the night. Last night I felt really hungry. I ate dinner but was still really hungry. Some nights I eat to comfort myself, like have a rough day at work and then eat pizza. I would eat more earlier in the day but I'm trying to cut calories to lose weight :)

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get back on track and would love some new friends. Especially if your diary is open: I love getting food ideas.
-
I'm 5' and starting at 163. Sadly I have no progress to show yet, though :/ Bumping to check out later.
-
I'm "starting over" again as I regained weight that I lost (and then some) would love some new, active friends.
-
Ladies, feel free to give me a friend request. I've got about 30-40 lbs to lose. I'm hoping to stay very active on here.
-
At your worst, did you see yourself as obese/unfit? Well, I am at my worst right now. "Starting over". And no. I still don't see myself as "obese". My BMI is currently 29.9. At 30, you are considered "obese". I don't know why I can't see it, but I guess I'm "obese" or may as well be. What were your go to excuses to be that…

Hey, I'm 27 and have around 20 pounds to lose. Feel free to add :)
-
I would like more friends, but mainly females in their 20's/30's with open diaries. I like to stalk what other people are eating! But I wouldn't mind being friends with all types of people if you are motivating and nice :)

Well, I'm not in a deficit because I keep eating too much bread. I wish I could eat it in moderation, but I haven't been successful yet.
-
^Yeah, thanks. My goal is to go back to eating "whatever", but eating things in moderation. Right now I feel like I can't stop thinking about bread and it's driving me crazy.

The HCG diet was the worst I ever did. After I spent a ton of money on stupid placebo drops, I ate 500 calories for days. I felt like crap and eventually wised up after like 5 days and quit. But yeah, I was very tired and very, very hungry.

Chinese food, at least the chinese food served in America. I don't know why I thought it was healthy before, but fried meat and some veggies with a sugary sauce over white rice is really calorie dense  Also, cream cheese wontons: I love those things, but they add up so fast!! Another thing that shocked me…

I kind of felt the same way. And near the end of my vegetarianism, I was getting frustrated because it was really hard. I still eat lots of vegetarian and vegan meals now, but I do eat all sorts of food, including meat. For me, I have gained weight, but I don't think that has to do as much with meat eating as it does with…

I'm 5'0.5" (very sad, as I used to think I was 5'1"...) and I'm about to "restart" and I'm doing just over 1400 calories a day plus eating back my exercise calories. I've tried 1200 in the past and it makes me very lethargic and moody. Maybe try losing less per week if you're at a lower weight, and make sure to set your…

Anything by David Sedaris. If you have the sense of humor for him...

I have eaten 3/4-1 whole medium pizza by myself. ....more than once.
-
And to answer your question: anything you like that is within your daily calorie limit. I personally enjoy spicy chicken nuggets and/or a Jr Bacon cheeseburger.

What!? Wendy's has poutine?!

I'm 5'1", currently around 142. I'm hoping to get down to 115, but might settle for 120.
-
I'm 5'1" and am about 147 lbs right now :/ I want to get down to the 115-120 range. Anyone feel free to add me :)

My BMR is 1460. I'm eating at 1600 because it's between the active and sedentary. I fell off the wagon before now (have been on track for less than a week), but in the past I've lost on fat 2 fit numbers. I should be using the lightly active numbers, but since I'm just starting out, I wanted to speed up my initial…
-
For me, I prefer either Fat2Fit or Scooby calculator. I'm 5'1", and I can't eat at 1200 either. I'm hungry even at what I'm doing now and I can have around 1600.

I have a book by Men's Health called "Cook this, not that." and it has a lot of good recipes that are "guy foods". But everything has calorie counts and is pretty healthy. It looks like you can get a used copy pretty cheap if you're interested:…
