I've been on MFP since Jan 2014-went from 189 to 137 at 5'7". Followed IIFYM-did cardio and weightlifting. Up until pretty much now I did cheat meals every week-sometimes more than one time a week. I've lost over 50 pounds with IIFYM, cheat meals, etc. No foods off limits, just making better choices.

Did you know you can make the cheesy biscuits from Red Lobster at home?!?!? Like for real-Red Lobster cheesy biscuit mix. So dangerous. Don't Google it. Don't. lol

What were your macros at the start and what were they at the end of prep? I'm doing 140p/150c/50f now and it's slow going. I think I have about 10 more lbs to go to reach an acceptable goal for me. I've been tracking for about 1.5 years now. Great job!

14lbs in 75 days, but I'm breastfeeding so it's been verrrry slow for me.

I have 2 kids and I'm currently breastfeeding my 4.5 month old. I am eating healthier and I work out 5-6 days a week for 45min-1hr. I need to lose about 30 more pounds to get to my goal. I used to play all the time-DDR and ITG. Haven't had time to do it recently, but I want to get back into it. Used to be able to play up to 13s on ITG, but who knows what I can do now.

I have 2 kids too. One girl who is almost 3(May 6) and one girl who is almost 3 months(Born November 17th). :) I am breastfeeding, but I have about 40 pounds total to lose...just started.
