I have cut bread out and thought it would be impossible. My typical breakfast was toast and then I would have sandwiches for lunch. Now I don't really miss it. I like to do my run to Aces High - Iron Maiden. It's an awesome fast paced beat which is kept up for 4 and a half mins. I'm so busy singing to myself that I don't notice how long it's been and how high my heart rate is! It could be a good addition to your playlist. I love Emerald Sword too for the same reason - top choice!

I have always wanted to try this as I don't think my HRM is very accurate ( one day it said I burnt 150 calories for a 45 mins cardio intense workout). I am on a long weekend break and so I will try this out next week and let you know. The results could be quite interesting!

To my body, bread is evil. But I love the stuff, so I replaced it with other types like pitta and wraps. I don't think they retain the water in my body like a slice of white does. I still do enjoy the odd bacon sandwhich though. You have to have a treat right?

Hi Adam. My suggestion would be keep a food diary and be 100% honest. open it up as well so all can see and give advise. that way there is no hiding from the truth. Have started a blog too so that I can see my successes and weak points. I think it will make an interesting read when feeling un-motivated and to see progress.
