I'm having these issues as well on nexus 4 & 10

1. When using app on nexus 10, the keyboard doesn't pop up to put in passcode on sign in 2. Entered a new recipe in the app and it didn't show up in the recipe list afterwards 3. When I signed into the app today it didn't automatically sync and go to today's entries, it was such on the last thing I did on the app yesterday

get it out of the house! definitely a good first step. commit to accepting that you might feel like crap for a few days while your body recovers from the addicition, but my guess is it would only take a week or so. during cravings have fruit - apples, berries, etc to help you through it. good luck I'll be rooting for you!

I totally do! in fact I used mine so much i bought a 2nd one to keep at work. Don't worry about getting an expensive one or a brand name (aka "biggest loser") one... as long as it has grams and ozs that's all you need!

Agreed! It's different for everyone, you have to spend some time with guess-and-check and go from there. A little patience will pay off! I eat about 90-100g of safe starches a day, but I know a lot of people eat less than that. It's all about what you think will work for you.

I HATE the red numbers... hahaha And I agree, if the pressure from people in your life is causing too much stress, it's not worth it during such an already stressful time! Do the best you can and if you have to "cheat" don't let yourself feel guilty - think about how much better you're doing than before you went Paleo :)…

I agree... 1400 may seem like a lot (trust me, I know from experience) but even though you might gain a little at first, it will be better for you. up your calories and don't weight yourself for a few weeks while you adjust!

the "weight gain" warning refers to a possible approximate 5 pound weight gain - if that side effect even applies to you. So i wouldn't stress - 5lbs isn't much considering how much you might gain without it ;)
