@lemurcat12, I did have tests run at a hospital because I felt like I was having a heart attack! She used their test results. She did recommend continuing to go to my therapist. I didn't go to her for anxiety recommendations, but rather to confirm that I wasn't experiencing some other medical problem.

$450 a month for 2 adults and 2 children. I focus on unprocessed foods and try to get a lot of fruits and veggies, but we do not buy organic from the grocery store. We grow some of our own vegetables. We buy pork and beef in bulk from a local farmer, but buy grocery store chicken, eggs, and dairy.

I say, "I really don't have much of a sweet tooth." But that's actually true, cake and ice cream are ok and sometimes I want it, but it's usually not worth it to me. Plus, I can't tolerate dairy like I used to, so sometimes if it's family or close friends, I'll say, "I don't want to feel like crap later."

Yes, I'd log 500 calories burned as long as you are exclusively breastfeeding, especially a newborn. Fwiw, my weight loss was kinda slow at first with both kids, but then it just started falling off. Also, I'm a breastfeeding counselor if you have any other questions or need support :)

I would eat it, especially if it will easily fit. Then you can decide if it was worth it and remember for next time! Sometimes it really is worth it!
