5'1" SW - 217 CW - 164 GW - 130ish I will be happy with anything below 145 and dont want to be under 125.... I want to keep my curves - just get rid of the rolls: )

Thank you so much. I will check out the sleeves and it all sounds good to me.... Going to back off for the rest of this week and try again next week. A friend suggested taking a frozen bottle of water with me to the gym so I can ice as soon as I am done. Thank you for your help olee67!!

That is SO awesome and I have to say I am a little jealous: ) I am working my way back up to running as well but am fighting with shin splints and keep getting set back. I will conquer it but its taking me a little longer than I wanted. Keep up the good work, you should be super proud of yourself!!!

I started my jouney at 217 lbs. After I had lost 40 I was getting alot of compliments but had people asking what my goal was. I told them I wanted to lose another 40... That only puts me at 137 and at 5'1" thats not even technically in the "healthy" range. I have been told over and over that I dont "have" 40 lbs to lose…

Ok, I am in the same boat. I have lost almost 50 lbs so far and am at 171 right now. I am eating 1200 calories (or just over) and am working out about 5 days a week. I have been burning 600-800 calories on work out days. I alternate from cardio, swimming, and weights. Am I taking in too few calories???? Do I just wait it…
