I could swim all day I just want to build my cardio. I don't get sore or tense up muscle wise it is just my air flow I am having a hard time with. I hate being out of breath and not able to keep swimming.

I am just really out of shape. I swam competively all throughout my school career. I just can't hold up to my current pace but I physically cannot slow myself down because I still have the competitive aspect in me.

I also love breast stroke to warm up and cool down. It is relaxing to me but I always feel so slow.

50 meters. It was a rough start but I love it. Did around 300 m then tread water for 10 minutes.

Thanks everyone! I think I will try interval workouts on the treadmill. It seems like it would be a good thing to start with and less repetitive. (: All of your support is amazing! Also feel free to add me as a friend I would love to have and give the support also!

I have a motivation board on pinterest with all the clothes I want to be able to wear. It really helps. I also buy stuff every 10 lbs I lose. I just started but I can't wait to see what happens in this journey!!

Thanks for the tip! I just want to see weight loss results, as long as I don't get discouraged I think I can make this goal a reality. I know it may take a while but I'm just ready to try something to make it happen!
