I am going on to week four of the first level. Do you do extra cardio (outside of the burn interval)? When do you fit it in?

I try not to eat things that are processed. So lots of grilled fish and chicken breasts, salad, fruits, veggies. Some rice and occasionally pasta. All bran for breakfast :( I do my own baking (I have 2 small kids) so any treats I try to eat homemade. About once a week I treat myself to ice cream or pizza. I am thinking my…

Thanks everyone. The calories burned isn't that much different if I enter as circuit or high impact aerobics. So until I shell out the bucks for a HRM, I will go with this. Thanks again!
