I'm not a Celiac, but definitely have intolerances towards wheat - the less I have it, the better I am intestinally speaking. Otherwise, It's a horrible painful experience with lots of non-stop diarrhea. If you know the actress Jennifer Shapiro - she is very insightful in her own journey of finding out what works and what…

My Sabateur at home brought 4 bags of those…

You do not have to give up coffee. Coffee is a diruetic (sp?) though - so you have to be careful how many - but 1-2 a day will NOT hurt you in any way.

I think I'm having problems with keeping the faith and keeping away from alcohol and munchie driven nights! - For the most part - I'm not drinking during the week - then I'm not drinking as much as I used to on the weekend - it's difficult to live with someone who just does it all - yet LOOKS healthy and fit :(
-
Hi All - I guess I lost a lot in the first 2 weeks - (usually the case with me) - then I gained, then stayed the same and the same again! - just frustrating - Also I live with a sabateur! - Congratulations to all here that are losing - that's fantastic! - I guess I want things faster - I shouldn't - as I've been…

For a complete core move, do a plank! - one of my fav's - start at 10 or 20 seconds to hold if you've never done one, then work your way up there. And yes, I agree with Casper - weights!

weights, weights, weights - Various exercises, and you will naturally tone. Do a Plank Challenge every day - start with a low second amount - like 20 or 30 - then build yourself up. Don't forget to have good form and keep your core muscles tight as you are doing it. Congratulations on the weight loss!

I just looked at the nutritional info of the Chobani Haze Craze - I would like to try it - but I couldn't have too many in the house - 10 Grams of Fat! 3.5 of that is Saturated - 26 Carbs! - But I will try it to have a treat! - thanks all

I don't have any banned foods either - except I'm trying not to eat wheat so much as I have noted that I don't have any intestinal woes when I don't eat it. I'm currently being tested for Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac - which I think it will be. My sister was just diagnosed at 63 as a Celiac! Im trying not to drink during…
