So here's a question to this group - would you say that one should decrease one's calories depending on age? Or should I stick with the guided MFP plan? I also work out - more now than ever - but I'm not consistent with my weight dropping. I've lost about 8 lbs. - but it has taken me FOREVER - LOL - I'm at 1450 cals now

Stability ball. Kettle bell. Hand weights (in the weight of your choice - and maybe a few light and a few heavier). Bands for stretching and curls too.

the most I've done so far is 80 lbs. - my trainer (at the time) said toughen up those hands, and no gloves!

Also I remember one time at a WW meeting, a woman said there is safety in being the fat girl. That hit home with me. Horrible!

Incredibly touching, and sad too. We have all been there in some way, shape or form. We've all had our moments in our lives when we reach rock bottom.
