Diary isn't open... You could now be eating balance nutritious food instead of empty calories... Make sure you have your calorie quota for the day. Balanced with protein, carbs (5 veggies a day) and fats.. Don't wait until you're hungry to eat, just fuel your body at regular intervals...

The best I've found is Nike training app.. It's free and like having a PT... if you haven't a smartphone try going to the Nike site. Thanks for responding... I do have lots of omega 3 .. Have salmon a far bit too... Have been running since February and decided to change it and do Nike workout which has the lunges and squats... The thing is it maybe from overdoing however it was loud the first time....?

Have been listening to Jillian Michaels last couple of days, she suggests 1200 cals a day with 2 days a week 1600cals and only on workout days... I'm trying that now... Yours sounds interesting to look into also, (could be a little hard for some... ) Thanks for sharing

My diary is open. I've been logging 1200 cals for past 3 weeks on this site.. Feel free to look .. 2 things... 1. Nutrition, younwill be satisfied if you are eating healthy foods. Balance of protein carbs and fats 2. Beers, alcohol can mess with your sugar levels.. Increase hunger... I had to give it up while losing. ;(

I have a confession I need to post! With everything going on my brain scrambled a tad... I calculated the klm to miles wrong... It wasn't 2000klm therefore 3200miles .. It was 2000klms therefore 994miles ooops.. ^_^ I suppose it was due to converting kgs to lbs that I went the same way with the miles... Hahaha ooops Here…

I'm a biggest loser fan... They are on 1000-1200 cals a day and workout all day long ... Look at their losses each week, they do not eat back their exercise cals and they are so fabulously heathy at grand final...
