Yep sounds like its a fibre thing. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water so you don't get 'clogged up'. As DawnOBRN has said just takes a little while to get used to. Is it possible to increase it gradually? Good luck!

1. WOW you look amazing! You really really do. 2. I had a day exactly the same yesterday. I felt so down and just like I cant do this etc. I felt like the negative thoughts were just entering my head so much more easily then usual. I think that learning to recognise those thoughts very quickly and pushing them out before…

Sounds good! Lol I was never a huge fan of PE at school either, I felt dumb in front of the others. I caught sight of myself jogging the other day and I thought "wow I look stupid!" but then I told myself I will never look unstupid if I don't persevere :) No stamina is all good, I didn't have much either. The first time…

Oh and one more thing... If you are at all worried, get checked over by a doctor if you can to get the all clear for exercise :) !

I have also experienced anxiety issues, particularly relating to my health. Exercise scared me for a while. What I did was start off just like you have by walking most days. I have now moved onto intervals where I do walking then amp up the pace to a jog... then go back to walking. I started off with 1 minute jogging, 2…

Wow so a bad flyer right from the start, that makes it hard! So worth it to overcome it though, it opens up so many options. It is beautiful here, I am so lucky to be here that's for sure. I love that there is so much diversity in Australia... Cities, the outback, snow, bush, rainforest and mountains. It is hard to…

That's true, you would never run out of things to do there! I can imagine the noise would be difficult, it puts my complaints about traffic noise into perpective.. I live in regional Australia in surburbia and on our road we have about 10 cars go past probably every minute (rough estimate) and it makes me cranky! And it's…

Yes it is! More than happy to offer any support, it's a good way to meet people! Are you enjoying NYC? I am a little bit jealous that you live there! I have a terrible fear of flying which I am slowly overcoming, so one day I hope to make it over that way as a treat!

If I lived in NYC I'd be in no worries, but I think the logistics of travelling there regularly may prove to be an issue for me unfortunately :( However, the support sounds good! I can do that!

Your body may be going into starvation mode. When you eat too few calories, your metabolism slows down. So the food that you do eat is being metabolised alot slower, resulting in less weight loss. You may be better trying to meet your reccommended calorie intake for weight loss. Good luck, I hope this helps!
