Yes but not for my special drink....it doesn't specify how much cream is put into an ice coffee and we dont know if it's less or more cream when they omit the beverage base.

Not sure what some people's problems are with people posting in the forums instead of there own blog or whatever. ..but i think its pretty ridiculous that is bothers them that much...whatever Thanks for the helpful comments normal people :smile:

Yes i had another post today regarding belly fat. I did a new post to ask different questions and to let commenters know that i logged today. That im very surprised its that low. by handweights i meant dumbbells. I am currently using 30lb for OHP, 50lbs for deads, squats will be body or 30lbs of weight on hands, bench pressing 20lbs...butterfly 20lbs...bis 15lbs, tris 15lbs etc..lunges are either body weight or 10lbs in hand,

Oh dear lol....so I should eat 1500cals for slight deficit (logging), and continue my weights and cardio and planks, and I will lose BF not LBM? My belly will really go away this way? But the big question is how long before i can go to maintenance cals?

1500 sounds nice! BUT it means longer time right? Time is not on my side. Im pretty sure if i lose 10lbs my belly will be significately smaller...I don't care about losing LBM. I don't want to be in a fitness show.

I eat about 125-150g carbs a day. If it's a weekend that could go up to 350g carbs in one day.... Im 34 Thanks

ok so TDEE is really 1760 for me then...minus 500cals a day for deficit = 1260cals So really that's about 20% deficit and i should be good to lose fat/no LBM on it. I am aware i will lose some LBM but im okay with that cuz i was smaller this way before and LOVED my belly. But that was before a baby and to be honest, baby…

Will this plan work: 1300 cals a day for 3 months (logging) No screw ups on weekends! 3-5 days of walking and/or elliptical 3 days of weights (1 legs, 1 chest/back/bis, 1 shoulders/tris) Planks every 2nd day (currently 30 seconds)

Oh yea, forgot to memtion, i did start doing planks! I also do squats with handweights, lunges with body weight or handweights and deadlifts with handweights (lifting 50lbs)

Okay so TDEE is 2240 for me as I exercise 3-5 times a week (moderately active) 20% less is 1792...but if i eat 1792 is going to take too long! Now if i eat 1300 the calculator says 14 weeks to drop 10lbs and hopefully 5lbs of that at least will be straight from belly. Do you think it will be ok for me to eat that low? I…

Body recomp seems too difficult RE: hitting macros and such....Must easier to eat at deficit and lift weights and do cardio. I love my body now just hate the fat on my belly!!! One thing!
