I think Im wrong on my weight. I am smaller but the scale said im 150lbs yesterday. This was on the digi scale. My dial scale at home said 143 the other day. WhatEVER! I feel good and my clothes are lose as hell :) On to build a nicer belly!

Thanks! What about just continuing to eat at a deficit and lifting heavy with say StrongLifts 5X5? Will this do wonders for my belly? I know u can't stop reduce but this is really the only place on my body that has unwanted fat now.....

Yes, my belly is far from flat...some say its from insulin needles, some say it's normal fat that can be burned off. Butttt, it seems for me to get rid of it i might have to lose another 10-15lb....NO THANKS. I will look like a rake.

I feel awesome! Just hate the bubble gut. Want that gone. And gonna lift heavy to get it gone. yes i am still eating healthy of course and trying to stay at somewhat of a deficit without logging.

I weighed it ALL raw then cooked it and weight it ALL cooked. Then weighed a portion of of cooked to eat. Confused.

Maybe I should log cooked onion and cooked celery in the recipe builder. Then weigh the final product all together, then weigh what I eat of it. Sound accurate?

Thank you thank you. Omg no wonder my blood sugars were going low!!! I am so happy i found this out!!! When on insulin, 85g of cooked pasta carbs is WAY different than the 85g of DRY pasta carbs. omg omg omg!!!! Break through!!!

I agree! Because I have been getting low blood sugars due to T1 diabetes each time I eat pasta and only weigh out 85g of COOKED pasta! This explains my lows!!!

Yes it was frozen and strange texture it seems while cooking. No where close to what fresh boneless skinless is like.

Thanks. Im active as in 30 min of elliptical 3 times a week and some weight training for 20mins 4 times a week. I also work fulltime job (mostly office though and some retail running) and I cook and clean for myself and a 2-year-old. House must always be clean for me - can't stand mess. lol

Sorry, I thought u meant/thought that i was already NOT eating meat. Anyways, no I don't want to recomp. Just lose weight. I was happy with my body at 140lbs before, soooo obviously I will be happy with it again at 140lbs.

Hello, please reread. I am NOT avoiding meat and I am only restricting carbs to a good level for T1 diabetes. As for the 15lbs loss. I HATE being 155lbs. It's all belly and back of thighs and I want it gone. I felt like such a sexy ***** at 140lbs and I want that feeling back!

He said low (not NO) carb and NO meat. To get proteins from other things other than meat. I expect things like eggs, maybe fish, powders, dairy........ Im not going to follow this advice anyways. Oh forgot to mention the the plastic surgeon recommended low carb and no meat for the weight loss. This I didn't agree with. You can reduce any food group and lose weight. Why not just reduce every food group a little bit to get your calorie deficit. Low carb I think is good but low carb to me is no stupid sugar lol, (like…
