I have Kettle Worx and LOVE it. It ispretty easy and has three different workouts per week; it is six weeks every other day. You really get a full body workout. One day Cardio, then 2nd Core, 3rd Resistance. Let me know if u have questions

I find that sometimes I feel very hungary also. I have found that if I eat small meals I am not so hungary and I alternate healthier substitues that keep me fuller longer like: fiber, water, or high protien

Why not anything to keep me going I am just going to add in 100 sit-ups a day with it. Anyone on board with that also?!
