I know its not easy, but I must be a total wimp!

I am in love with ZUMBA, but I really want to mix it up a bit to get some variability in my workouts. Tonight I tried the first day of Jillian’s 30 day shred knowing fully that it was going to be super hard, but I think I'm still wayyy too out of shape to stick with it :( So I'm looking for some other suggestions of workouts that are challenging, but still easy enough for a beginner to do and stick with until I get a little more in shape. I am looking to lose about 100 pounds. HELP because I do not want to get discouraged and quit. Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions!!!!!

    I have Kettle Worx and LOVE it. It ispretty easy and has three different workouts per week; it is six weeks every other day. You really get a full body workout. One day Cardio, then 2nd Core, 3rd Resistance. Let me know if u have questions
