Congrats, ladies!! Awesome results. I didn't take measurements at the beginning, but I can tell my backside is firmer and my thighs and knees are smaller too! Can't wait for the next challenge!!

I'm up for any of the above! Let me know what you decide on. I'd really like to do the 30 DS again. It did great the first time i did it, but I gained weight and got discouraged, but I've been doing better with 'seeing the results' and not being discouraged by the number and I've actually started to lose again.

All done! I didn't think I could tell any difference, but when I was sitting at my son's baseball game today, I noticed that my shorts weren't tight at all on my legs. When I gained my weight, I got the dreaded 'cabbage patch' knees, but they are looking better now!! I can actually do them much easier now. I did all 90…

Completed 110! Knees weren't feeling the last set of 55, but pushed through. Getting stronger, but don't 'see' any difference as of yet.

My 90 are complete... i broke it down into 3 sets of 30 this time. Easier than the 2 of 45. Knees are getting stronger. Feels good!
