THIS IS THE SECOND POST IVE READ THIS EVENING ABOUT USING "PILLS" TO USE WEIGHT.... STOP RELYING ON TABLETS AND DO IT THE RIGHT WAY BY EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING!!!!! ITS NOT EASY BUT U KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF AND GET HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RANT OVER!

Jillian is awesome i luv her 30DS im level 2 first day today and i could literally shower in my on sweat!!!!! Shes brutal but so worth it!!! ive lost 2 inches so far and i did L1 4 times (every other day as i do running/kickboxing/biking and cross trainer) i like variations!!!!

I do both!!!! Im doing my first race for life in july. i cycle most weeks to see people i use as a way of transport mainly as i dont drive but i love it and its a great burner!!!!!

I use wii fit plus and wii just dance 2. at the moment i have a infected foot so its supplementing my bike rides. Im not a keen exerciser so i love my wii fit its helped me loads!!!!

again i have a cheat day every two weeks! i think its nice to just not have to worry about calories and the like. i normally still in put to mfp but even this week with my cheat day this week im still under my NET calorie per week! I think you have to figure out what works for you and go from there! Wendy
