Easy way to burn extra calories

Recently I started dancing around to music on my computer for 5 minute intervals to burn extra calories. If I do it three or four times a day, it can add up to almost two hundred calories burned. I just pick one or two songs and really dance around the room--getting my arms moving too. It really lifts my mood (feeling a bit silly) and even though I don't break a full sweat---I feel warmed up. Try it!

  • I do the same thing, only with a 5 minute Zumba you tube video! Dancing is one of the best calorie burners there is!

    wii just dance 2 is a fab way to burn aswell i love it!!!!

    I do 40 minutes of zumba on the wwi 5 days a week and you burn 600-1000 calories a day doing it :)
