  • I agree with Vonikins. Isolate certain parts of your body and work on form, precision, and technique. Great technique will make your swimming much faster! To focus on a smooth kick (it helps to keep you from sinking and keeps you flat), use a kickboard and focus on doing short, smooth strokes while doing flutterkick…
  • That's a great idea! Thanks

  • I am vegetarian, and I eat beans, tuna, (any other fish is fine), greek yogurt or any other yogurt, low sugar and calorie protein shakes and bars, potato bread (3 grams per slice), milk, cheese, protein enriched foods, muscle milk.
  • Yum! That sounds really good! I'll try it :)

  • Yes running does get easier. Try intervals, where you begin running a certain distance and then walking a portion of it after and keep increasing until you can run full distance. It really helps
  • Ok, thanks for the help everyone! I don't have diabetes, I was just wondering if it would effect my weight because I am trying to maintain it. Thanks again!

  • I really like greek yogurt, protein shakes, dark chocolate (yum), whole wheat pasta, etc etc. I don't have any sensitivities or food allergies and I like all of the food groups a lot. I just have been taking in a little more extra sugar though. I am a vegetarian so I don't eat meat though.
