I get this! Never actually been sick, but if I drink it on an empty stomach, it makes me feel very nauseous. I'm absolutely fine if drinking it after a meal, though - maybe try that :)

They are SO good, TOO good! I get mine on Weds. I used to be quite good at saving them for snacks, but lately I've been a bit of binge monster and want it all at once :S

Yeah, I seem to do that too... I think I will get them delivered to my home address and take ONE to work, then they won't be in my drawer calling me. The flapjacks are the worst for that! ;)

My must-haves are: Fage Greek yogurt Whole Earth peanut butter Tabasco hot sauce Cadbury's or Green & Blacks chocolate Co-op Scottish porridge oats (the best I've ever tried!) HP brown sauce, and Heinz tomato ketchup and salad cream :)

This is also me to a tee, I have a very limited amount of time I can be sociable with others and go crazy if I'm around anybody for too long. I NEED my own time and space, and a lot of it. So someone clingy like this definitely wouldn't cut it for me!

I have used crushed up All Bran as a cheesecake base before, it works great! Crushed up Ryvita would probably work just as well, too. I have made a cheesecake before out of 250g quark and 500g greek yogurt (Fage), which can then be sweetened with some sugar, vanilla extract etc, to your taste. It's super-high in protein…

I'm 5'7, around 120lbs and last time I checked, had a body fat % of around 18, and I don't have a space. It's just the way I'm built and the spacing of my hips etc; not everyone will have one even at a very low weight.

Gluten intolerance maybe? I'm obviously not a doctor, my old housemate had symptoms similar to yours and that's what she was suffering with. Definitely get this checked out with your doc :)

I loooove naps! I like to nap on my bed in mid afternoon, on top of the duvet with a blanket over myself, and I wear an old t-shirt and whatever underwear I happen to be wearing at the time :)

I usually have some Greek yogurt (sometimes with some protein powder mixed in) for the protein to aid muscle recovery :)

It all depends on how stressed I am - if I'm mildly stressed, I'll want to eat the world to get my mind off things, and want to sleep loads. If I'm super stressed, I completely lose my appetite and not be able to sleep.

I bought the mens' silver one (I wasn't aware they were geared to different genders at the time). I think the chest strap sizes may be different for the mens' and womens' - I got a M-XL strap with mine which was too big, so had to purchase a smaller strap on eBay, so if you are a bit smaller, this may be something to bear…

Yep, I found that out a while too, I'd have some green tea before having any food in the morning and it made me feel very green! It took a little while to figure it out, but I now drink it after breakfast and it's fine :)

I LOVE peanut butter too, just check my diary for proof! I just make sure to fit it into my calorie and macro allotment, and it's all good :)

If you want flavoured, I second the M&S ones already mentioned, they have a lovely smooth creamy texture and are delicious. These days I go for the Fage Total 0% though, then add peanut butter/fruit/protein powder to it, it's amazing.
