I use iMapMyWalk+ in addition to MFP - the two are all I find I need to keep me on track :)

I cut out Pepsi and now have the same problem - a can can take me ages to drink. During summer I don't have a problem drinking water but now that the weather is cooler I find the last thing I want to drink is water - I do drink at least 3-4 cups of green tea a day and that can count towards the water, so problem solved…

I totally agree - some days I'm team more and sometimes team less - however I find I am probably more consistantly TEAM LESS :drinker: I too like to exercise because I want to and find walking way more enjoyable than running - although I do speed walk which for me is only just slightly slower than I can run anyway :laugh:

Have decided I prefer walking to running (I can do it faster and for way longer) - so have changed to doing the iMapMyWalk app on my iPhone. Where I have normally been doing about 3 km (1.7mi) in 31 minutes today I did 4.5km in 50 mins instead. Felt heaps better after it and am well and truly looking forward to the day off…

I set it up sooo long ago when we first got the Wii Speak - I believe it was part of that, my daughter plays Animal Crossing with a friend and they talk to each other through the whole game (over the tv) - there is a little bit of lag but it sounds just like 2 teenage girls talking in the lounge but louder :ohwell:

You can link with your friends if you have each others friend codes and you can even talk to them (like a tv phone LOL) if you have Wii Speak (I think it's called) - but as far as playing together not sure, you can in Animal Crossing and Mario for sure but not sure about anything else

Winter definately has it's challenges - pies, stews, warm puddings YUMMO!!!! not to mention it is soooo hard to get out of bed and out of the house to exercise :cry: Then again summer you have ice-blocks, ice-creams I suppose. :embarassed: But for me definately winter is the worst. :sad:

W1D2 done - speed walked the majority of the runs though - went a different direction today and man was it hilly, couldn't have jogged if I'd tried :ohwell: but I did speed walk instead so probably just as fast as my jog anyway :blushing:

I just use normal frozen veges and cook them in the microwave - cheaper than the specially packaged ones. No problem with just eating the veges as a meal but you need to get some protein in your other meals. Gotta love those veges :love: Lean Cuisine - I agree YUK and such a waste of money :angry:

I'd be in too except for a totally different reason, it is winter here now and getting rather cold so need to try to stay away from the hot pies, stews and warming desserts :sad: Would you believe I am trying to lose as much weight as possible before going to the USA in Nov/Dec and going through their winter also - oh well…

OK so I drank my second full cup today (with 1/2 tsp raw sugar in) - third really but won't count the first one I spat out and poured down the sink :blushing: Figure if I keep drinking it with the sugar just slowly reducing the amount I might actually get to drink it without (well that's the idea anyway :ohwell: )

OK just tried another cup with my lunch - brewed it in a glass mug this time, added some cooled water after a minute or so and then 1/2 tsp of raw sugar - not as bad as yesterday. Will try again later and see if my taste buds were just off this time or not LOL
