I agree try Caloifronia Pizza Kitchen or Kashi, there are lots of alternatives out there that will satisfy our pizza craving and not pack on the pounds. It's also true about giving in to your cravings in moderation of course.

I seem to never have the problem of having left over calories.don't quite know how that feesl. I am such a grazer have to eat and or snack at least 4-6 times per day, I usualyy have good snacks e.g fruit, or100 cal snacks but seem to always be over my calories. You can get the nutritional content from mostly all packaged food including things like, turkey and fish.. The trick is to know the serving size, hope that helps.

I googled calories in roasted chicken legs ( 1 cup diced) as having 325 calories, not sure if two chicken legs are more or less then 1 cup, hope that helps.

I wish I had that problem, my daily calorie intake is 1230 but I'm over that everyday. On the days I work out I usually burn anywhere from 250-700 calories depending on if I do strength training or one hour of cycling.
