A 1000 calories a day is far too little for me though. 1200 is less than half of what I used to do... it wouldn't be healthy to go any further.

I tried once to eat under 1200, and I found it definitely wasn't healthy, so I generally stay close to it. I'm not obese or anything, I would just like to get my toned look back. From what you said it's going to take a lot longer than I had thought. Thank you! This was most helpful

I'm 5'6 and I have been 117-150, I felt good at about 130 though. It really depends on you and how you are comfortable in your skin. When I was 117 everyone told me I looked unhealthy.

I took a nutrition class, and I asked the same question. I was told Yes, even though it won't be much. Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar, it has a stronger taste like Balsam and it promotes weight loss and has a lot of health benefits.
