I dislike salads on their own but with balsamic vinegar poured all over it it becomes one of my favourite foods
Do i have to worry about adding to my diary the calories of balsamic vinegar?

I took a nutrition class, and I asked the same question. I was told Yes, even though it won't be much.
Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar, it has a stronger taste like Balsam and it promotes weight loss and has a lot of health benefits.0 -
As a general rule you should log EVERYTHING so that you know you're being honest with yourself. It is pretty easy to slip into a "well that was only 1-2 chips, so I won't count it since it is only 10 cals" etc. The small things add up sometimes. Also, Balsamic VINEGAR has about 10 cal / Tbsp, but Balsamic VINAIGRETTE (with oil in suspension) can have a LOT per serving. Just scan the label and it is an easy add. I even add regular vinegar and mustard which have ~0 cals since MFP tracks all the other nutrients and sometimes those (especially sodium) can add up if you don't log aggressively.0
