  • 1/2 marathon in May. I wimped out this year and am doing a 1/2 rather than the full. I will do the full in October. This will be my 3rd half and October will be my 11th full.

  • I ran the Wisconsin Marathon this morning. It was my 5th full marathon. My time was 5:49:40. That is a new PR for me. I couldn't quit smiling. Last year I got a 6:06 something and the years before that was a 6:28 something and a 6:30 something . :D
