I saw this post trending, and it caught my eye because my goal is also to get below 200. Currently at 204, started at 240 a long time ago but went up and down because of kids. Congratulations on meeting your goal. I'll take some inspiration out of your milestone.

I'm going to do my first marathon at the end of July (SF Marathon). I was also training for last year's SF Marathon, but (a) I got shin splints 5 weeks before the event, and (b) my wife gave birth to my 1st child two weeks before the event. My goal this year: Finish without injury.
