    If you walk to the store to return it you might burn some calories, but that's about the only benefit there'd be.

    Plus, anything with green tea is gross tasting.

    anything that promotes or promises extra fat burning is bollocks. fat burning is a mathematical equation...that is all.

    In my very unqualified opinion, I think that drinking green tea can help you burn fat and lose weight, but taking "green tea capsules" won't do anything.

    There is no direct correlation between drinking green tea and fat burn, the only thing it may do is help stop you putting more food in your mouth while you're drinking it

    I tried those about a year ago, I didn't notice anything. When your desperate you will believe anything. The only pill that worked for me was fruta planta.

    I dont think its a lack of common sense. If you dont understand the science of how fat/weight loss happens then you would think this will help in some way. I did until i was enlightened to the science of how the human body works and CICO.
