This is tricky, because everyone's wired a little different. I've found that what works for me is eating about 1500 calories a day. If you sub in wheat flour and use 1/3 cup honey instead of sugar there is 199 calories per serving

I bet you could knock the calories down further by subbing in wheat flour and using a 1/4 cup of honey instead of 1/2 cup of sugar.
