Day 15 done I agree that we need to do a new challenge next month as a group, This is a really motivating group, and now that we know each other it feels like home :) Keep going yayyyy :)

Done Day 14.. It is really amazing how afraid I was of the plank, thinking at first that I could never do more than 10 sec.. now I am doing 55 sec!! I am so happy :)

Day 11 Done.. Used to exercise in the morning, but could not today, so did it the evening. And I don't know why the sit ups are getting easier and leg raises are killing me now..

I started the challenge in December 30th, and I was doing the day 1 challenge for two days before the challenge officially began. the situps were so hard the first day that I just could not do them, instead I did 20 crunches. but now I really feel stronger. My rest day was a little bit of exercising and stretching, did the challenge but just 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 5 sit ups and 29 sec plank.

I feel good when I do a 3 mile walk at home here in Chicago when it's around 10 degrees these days.. Good continuation to all of us :)

I saw in your post Day 2 that you do Leslie Sansone, I do the 3 mile fast walk before the abs challenge. what about you? I really like it so far.

I think that the morning is best for me too after having breakfast and doing some exercise. And I feel energized the whole day! feels good :)

I joined this group 2 days ago, and because I began my journey to lose weight the same time, I started the 30 day challenge earlier because I knew that I was poorly fit for the sit ups and the plank especially. So today after the 2 days of cheating (sorry for that everyone :) ), I feel much better with the sit ups and…
