1 or 2 pounds per week. i think my mfp goal is set at 2lbs per week (feeling ambitious)

i don't see anything wrong with eating whole eggs- i used to eat them more often and my doctor would say my cholesterol was better than his. perhaps it depends on the person. i only eat egg whites to save calories.

Hunt's fat free chocolate pudding- 80 calories per serving Laughing cow cheese light with grapes Baked cheetos- 100 calorie pack (I try and stay away but it's difficult) ***Will have to try the almonds in the purse- that's a great idea especially when I'm faced with vending machine alternatives

Coca-Cola! ...Diet Coke is great but still can't beat the "real thing" Also the calories in regular Yuengling and Miller beer make me weep
