day 3 for me.. so far it's been MUCH easier than i thought.. been eating lots of fruit and veggies.. and weirdly haven't been giving much thought to food. gonna go have some frozen mango for dessert YUMM! oh and yesterday i put cinnamon in my low fat vanilla yogurt and it was like cinnamon bun icing without the bad stuff..…

haha love this too! i am 5'6 and 150lbs. i work out every day (swim, water polo, water x, yoga, weights, fast walk constantly for work) and NEED to eat this much!! btw i don't do the scale.. not really trying to lose weight. trying to get stronger and stay healthy :)

Use it in salads. You'll use less dressing and it is loaded w protein. I use a 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a tablespoon of jalepeno cilantro hummus, and a touch of balsamic vinaigrette to top off mine :)

Agreed! Breakfast is propaganda by the cereal companies aka government who made an f-Ed up food pyramaid to keep us consuming grains. Haahaha to the havoc this thread has created! Btw I am about to graduate college with a background in nutrition and kinesiology!

Lol and that is a lengthy topic in itself!! I tend to expience awful effects w sugar consumption and with a constant sweet tooth I choose the lesser of 2 evils :)
