Coffee in place of food
Drinking coffee has been helping me lower my calorie intake. I know caffeine isnt good and normally I do try and avoid it. Do you think the benefits of lower caloric intake outweigh the negative effects of caffeine? Just curious on your opinions...

Protien shake effects?
For about 5 days I've been eating the same (maybe a little less) and drinking protien shakes.. And I haven't felt heavier or been this heavy in a while. I'm up 7 pounds just in the past couple days. Has this happened to you guys? Should I keep up w my shake?

<25% body fat
I believe I read somewhere ..once you are under 25% body fat it's harder to lose the weight and you should only have a caloric deficit of 250 a day (1/2 lb per week). Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on this!

I had planned to workout this morning and ultimately ending up skipping the workout and still drank my whey protein, spinach & berries shake. I love the amino acids right after a workout but is it BAD to drink without a workout? Thanks!
