got a box of vanilla and one of cheesecake.. Sugar free, fat free instant jello pudding. Any suggestions? I've never made/eaten it!

    id say add some mixed berrys to the cheesecake one!

    1 cup fat free greek yoghurt, 1 serve of sf/ff pudding, 1 scoop protein = protein sludge :smile: Delicious and nutritious

    It says on the box not to use pineapple or it won't set. Also a few other fruits. Just have a look.

    My only suggestion is NOT to use soy milk. I tried it once. Barf.
  • I put it in my protein shakes :] the pistachio is amazing in my vanilla whey!

    Lol and that is a lengthy topic in itself!! I tend to expience awful effects w sugar consumption and with a constant sweet tooth I choose the lesser of 2 evils :)

    Stuff like that is a pretty good concentration of flavor/texture, and isn't too bad calorie-wise considering other 'desserts' or junk you could be tryin to eat.

    I throw lots of stuff into a shake/blender to get better tasting smoothies.
