i love cereal too! i think i could eat the whole box. i switched to kashi go lean the one with fiber twigs and i will have a cup of it which is alot actually and a cup of almond milk. i have been eating it for breakfast and it keeps me full. the cereal is 140 cals and milk 90 the only problem is the carbs :(

ive pretty much been ignoring it as well since fruit takes up all the sugar fast. i am definately amazed if people are able to stay under!

my scale does that even if i have it in the same spot. usually only a pound or two difference. i just step off and on about 4 times. and whichever it puts me at the most i use. annoying. ive debated going back to the old scales instead of digital bc of that.

souns funny but on the back of th fiber one bran cereal box it says you can grind it up and use in stuffed peppers for filler and fiber!

i am doing classic and i also do turbo fire about 3 days a week in addition to it on the strength days. i just want cardio more often. i say go ahead unless your body tells you no. if it does....then make sure you listen to it! good luck!

worry about your health first. if you arent getting better your body is trying to tell you something. i would take a break until you are feeling better then get right back on track. and most likely you arent working out to your full potential anyhow if you dont feel good. good luck and hope you feel better soon!

i asked this same question. now i log it under cardio but select "strength training". depressingly low calorie burn for the time put in but well worth the outcome.

i could be wrong but im thinking that when you eat it gets your metabolism going and that would be why your hunger goes up but if you go without it you metabolism cant really get going until you eat.

this recipe is great! made some adjustments like lowfat cottage chesse with the ricotta and added a half a pound of hamburger but with the adjustments still only about 280 cals for a sixth of the pan! Yummy! thanks alot for the post!

dont quote me on this but at one time i thought i heard to be able to see a "six pack" on a woman need to be below 18% and a man under 12% like i said not for sure but remember reading something to that affect. ps im really working towards one too!

if you like pumpkin you can mix a can with any kind of cake mix (i like spice) in place of the oil and eggs. also 2tbs water makes it a little more moist. i make it into cupcakes. add a little cool whip on top! super yummy but slightly addictive i will warn you.
