What a ridiculous comparison.

I am very overweight, just had my third c-section May 29. I was lifting weights 2 months later. This is my third child, I ave a dog and a cat, a husband, full time job out of the home. Yeah, I don't look at all like her, but I could

I had a persistent biter and the only way I could get him to stop was to flick his mouth when he did it. It was also the only way I could get him to let go. That hurt from my toenails to the end of my hair!

Well, what if my profile pic is of the cute little buggers? They are so much cuter than me!

I think I love you....that is all

It seems it was the good old Mayo Clinic: http://www.diet.com/g/mayo-clinic-plan-endorsed-by-clinic

Ya, no, depending on how much LO is still nursing, more like 300-500 calories.
-
When I wear a HRM, the calories here and on the HRM are very close. For some, slightly higher, some, slightly lower.
-
Who told you to eat that many calories? If it was a medical professional, I'd stick to that advice and ignore what you get here.
-
Most gyms will offer you at least a one time session with a trainer. I'd have them walk you through the free weights and proper form, and then look into one of the many programs out there for weight training.

I'm 37 and just had my third child. All three were c-sections, but I was hoping for a vbac with the third. I didn't think I was quite ready for a tubal, but when the Dr. was doing the c-section, he said any further pregnancies would be dangerous for me and the baby. Since I had talked to him with my husband before the…

So, still drinking plenty of diet soda, but stopping diet soda is what made your weight loss to start? Totally could not be the change in diet, right? The bloating tends to come from all that extra carbonation, not just the sodium.
-
Do you have any issues with artificial sweeteners? Do you get headaches, stomach aches? Do you feel like you make poor choices for other foods when you drink diet sodas? If you can answer no to those questions and yes to: do you enjoy diet sodas? Then go ahead and enjoy.

Nutella and any other foods (high sugar, high fat, high/low whatever) can all be enjoyed as part of an overall healthy diet. Unless you have a health reason to track sugars (think diabetes or something similar), you don't need to track them specifically. If you have completely cut out sugars and oils for an extended period…

Find a new gym if it bothers you that much.

*Snort!

Eat 500-600 calories a day, take pregnancy hormone, totally lose weight because of the hormones and not the lack of calories. Side effects include loss of hair, heart attack, low pulse, but people who are against it are totally haters and mean bullies.

Stop doing HCG, eat enough food to keep your body healthy and alive, stop bingeing..... You really don't understand how eating so little is making you sick?
-
Unhealthy, don't do it. I have a young uncle that has now had 2 heart attacks and is permanently disabled from hcg. He followed the instructions perfectly and was monitored by a 'doctor' the whole time. I hope that quack has lost his license.

With my first, yes I was surprised when I got pregnant. I was travelling six days a week for work and every other weekend, my stepdaughter was at the house. At most, we got 2 days a month where it was possible. With such a small window of opportunity, I was surprised that I got pregnant. I knew it was a possibility, but…

There are a few pregnancy groups in the forums. Check those out. While you are in the middle of bad morning sickness, counting calories doesn't really do much. Find some foods that keep your tummy happy and keep those stocked up for now. It will pass. Congratulations!

I personally think that each person should set their own standards for who they want to date/marry. Why settle for someone who just doesn't do it for you?
-
You could always exercise more to make up for the extra calories.
-
I'd say use coconut oil or olive oil. Lanolin can increase the likelihood of getting a yeast infection. Good luck!
-
this right here
-
Probably, but good for them!
-
Did you ask your doctor how they determined you were overweight? What criteria they were using to give you that information? It seems like that would be the place to start.
-
If you are trying to synch with a fitbit though, you need to log it as exercise or it won't synch - just something to consider...

Here kids, here is your healthy meal, no soda, veggies instead of fries. Eat this and be happy while mommy and daddy have some tasty fries and super-sized sodas.... I think all this will do is get parents to stop paying extra for the toys that have only been getting crappier and crappier over the years anyway.

You will probably have the best luck if you pump every day, and in the morning.
