i tried to stop logging it was in between weight watchers and when i started my fitness pal. I thought "i can totally regulate my food without logging" well in two months i was 20 lbs heavier. So, just watch out and make sure you are ready for it when you decide to do it.

I love oatmeal. I make 1/2 cup with two tablespoons of chocolate powdered peanut butter.....for 195 calls and only 4 grams of sugar!

unfortunately I tried Herbalife, I liked the taste and was doing well with it but it made me liver issues as soon as i quit taking it my bloodwork came back normal. Im not slamming the product but be careful because I had a negative experience with it.
