  • A friend and I are planning to kick off the new year with our first round of insanity. I'm pretty curious about it. We are mostly worried about the everyday committment. How long are the workouts each day? Do you love it?

Here are mine: -I will run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (18 min, 20 min, and 25 min...hopefully) -I will do strength training on Monday and Wednesday -I will drink 8 glasses of water each day -I will not go out for supper this week.   • I'm super late with my weight in. I've been in NY since Friday. Had a blast, but didn't watch my calories. oops. BUT, i am happy to report a loss! I am now 147.6 which means that I am at a HEALTHY body weight! I'm celebrating. But not too much! Still would like to see a loss next week too! yay!

  • You should get a margarita, because their's are awesome! no, in all seriousness, they do have a couple of healthy options. They have a baked chicken option that is fantastic. Their porkchops are good as well. Watch out for those yummy rolls though, they add up quickly!
