I actually do zumba most days, and was just wanting to throw in some strength training exercises after my zumba workouts... What would be a good way to do that?

I burn 800-900 doing Zumba if I do it for an hour (I've actually used a heart rate monitor for that one) then some days I also bike 3 miles (that burns about 200-300) and then breastfeeding burns anywhere between 300-500 & I usually don't eat over 1800 (I don't eat my exercise calories…
