What Muscles Should I Work Together??
I was just wondering what muscles should be worked together... I've heard you shouldn't work big muscle groups together? Also, do you know of any sites that have some good workout suggestions? I would like to loose fat and build lean muscle. How much weight should I do & how many reps in order to achieve this?
