0.6 mile walk yesterday in the pouring rain. It was glorious. Yes, I am an Oregon girl... rain sometimes makes me really happy. 16.7 miles on the bike today. MTD: 72.36 - looks like I might make goal (75) after all!!!!

15.5 miles added on the bike yesterday. MTD: 55.06

.88 mile walk on Thursday, and then a 3.38 mile walk/run this morning... 3 minutes running / 1 minute walking. I couldn't get to spin class yesterday, so I'm a bit nervous about not hitting goal this month. But, I'll keep pushing and see how close I can get. That brings my MTD to 39.56.

The last few days have been doozies, but since the last time I logged in and reported, I added 3 miles of walking. My MTD is now 18.4. Hoping to get a bunch more on the bike tomorrow... maybe take a walk at lunch time today. We'll see.

1.25 miles added tonight, walking with the family around the neighborhood. I'm really enjoying this new routine of an evening walk. We might do a 5k together next weekend (with the littlest in the stroller for part of the way). I'm trying to decide if that will be a good/fun experience, or just torture... MTD: 57.49

This is WONDERFUL! I remember last year when running your first 5K was intimidating to you, and you weren't sure if you would finish. And look at you now, running faster than a 10 min mile for a full 5k!! What great progress you've made!!

1.85 miles on a walk/run this morning around my neighborhood. I ran about 1.1 miles of that, which is pretty good as I've not been running in awhile. MTD: 56.24

Another 1.13 miles added tonight. I'm liking this little loop we're doing after dinner. Tomorrow, I'm hoping to get more miles in at a noon spin class. MTD: 37.29
