  • Well, I'm going to up my goal a bit from last month to 75 miles this month. So far, I've done as follows: 6/1 - 1 mile running 6/3 - 15 miles spinning 6/4 - 3.1 miles running for a total of 19.1 for the month thus far!

  • 17.8 miles on the bike today + 1.2 miles of walking this past weekend (haven't logged in to report) put me at a total of 97.9 for the month so far. I should get a few more miles over the weekend with some walking... we'll see!
